Retained Search and Selection
An advanced comprehensive search and selection process that enables us
to partner with our client. The search and selection process flexes to
fit individual client requirements, while providing unparalleled levels
of service.
The retained search option is appropriate at all staffing levels where
need is significant and timing important.
The Process
In cooperation with the client, we begin by conducting preparatory
consultations. Together with the client’s hiring team, we develop a
Position/Candidate Profile which provides an in–depth understanding of
requisite experience, qualifications, and personal characteristics of a
qualified candidate. We then assign a dedicated search team to the
project until completion. After the search team develops a list of
prospective candidates, we conduct interviews with the prospective
candidates; benchmarking candidate attributes and capabilities to the
required competencies. Following prospective candidate interviews, we
select a short-list of candidates and prepare a comprehensive Candidate
Assessment for each short-listed candidate. After the client has
reviewed the Candidate Assessments we arrange interviews with the
candidates.
When a finalist has been selected, we advise the client regarding the
development and structure of the offer package. We then extend the offer
on behalf of the client and obtain candidate acceptance. Finally, we
assist the candidate in the smooth transition to our client employment
ensuring candidates join their new organization with a positive
enthusiastic attitude.
Contingency Search
Our contingency search option is best suited for situations of lower
priority where timing is not a critical factor. This option is designed
for clients that desire basic search services and preliminary candidate
review. With a contingency search the client maintains more
responsibility for candidate assessment and selection. Exclusivity of
candidates cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary Consultant Staffing
We can provide interim executives and professionals with proven hands on
experience to handle temporary project assignments, unexpected openings
due to sudden resignation, death, or long-term illness; or for expected
openings due to maternity leave, leaves of absence, etc.
Acquisition Selection & Human Resource Due Diligence
Where a client desires to acquire another company, we can conduct
searches to identify potential targets, assist in the initial evaluation
process and final negotiations. In situations where an acquisition
target has been identified, we can evaluate the human resource assets
and identify core contributors and insure they are acquired together
with the fixed assets.
